Terms & Conditions

 

  • The standard turnaround time is 24 hours however urgent requirements may be met with prior arrangement.  Any work received Friday will be delivered prior to 9.00am Monday unless alternative arrangements have been made.
  • All transcribed documents are produced in Word.  Clients may supply templates and precedents and we will prepare your documents according to your preferred layout and formatting.  Alternatively, we can use our standard templates and formatting.
  • All completed work will be returned by email unless alternative arrangements have been made.
  • All work is quality checked and returned to the client as a draft.  It is the client's responsibility to proofread all completed and returned documents for accuracy.
  • Available seven days per week including public holidays.  There is no surcharge for work completed on weekends or public holidays.
  • An itemised invoice will be rendered upon completion of work and is payable within seven (7) days.
  • Payment methods accepted are direct deposit and/or business cheque.

 

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • All documents and information received will be treated as strictly confidential.
  • All typists are required to sign and adhere to a strict confidentiality agreement.
